Safe.. however treatment depends on the grade of pigment skin.....Do direct private online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.

They are safe to use, but using products that are suitable for your skin type is always preferable. Using a cream for a certain period and changing to another one on rotational basis is also essential. Please consult a dermatologist for evaluation of your skin type and products that suits you
