In 1st week of March, I got accident and my collar bone is broken, I dont goes for surgery because I want to go in Indian Army, but I fear now that, can I lift weights or can I do heavy works..

If you bone does not join in anatomical position and does join with a deformity then also you may get disqualified.
Deifnately a malunited clavicle can cause problems like prominent nodule, impingment, pain in shoulder on lifting heavy weights or overhead abduction.
