  4. Broken foot and soar between toe. Help.

Broken foot and soar between toe
I have a broken foot with my toes visible. I can't get the cast wet so I haven't washed my foot for about 5 weeks and now theres a soar/ dry flaky skin in between my pinky toe. Not sure if just washing with soap and water would help.
