  4. Broken rib? Pain and idk what to do.

Broken rib??
I've fallen off of my bed and I think I hit my side of wood or something (super hard) I'm in horrible pain and idk what to do.

Please consult orthopaedician who will get you X-rayed and treat you accordingly.
Next Steps
In the meantime apply ice pack to the injured area. Take painkillers.
