I fell last Monday in a piece of wood. I have no bruising, but my tail bone is excruciating pain. I believe I have broken my butt bone. Can I get something done???

X ray first, if confirms , sitz bath, nsaids , sitting on ring air pillow for 6 wks to 3 month
