As you have a recurrent hemoptysis and since it is associated with bronchiectasis, I would advise you to visit a pulmonologist so that you can be examined and you may be asked to do a bronchoscopy if after the physical examination if it is indicated. The price of the procedure will be dependent from the hospital and doctor. There is no set price I can give you as it varies a lot.
