boost your immune system 1. high doses of vitamin c ( 500mg TID) 2. vitamin d ( 6000 iu per day with magnesium and zinc) 3. turmeric ( 2 spoon morning and 2 in evening in warm water) 4. stop wheat and diary 5. beta glucans these steps will give you lots of relief. if you want further help let me know
