Bronchities and seasonal allergy

This is to say that,my son 3 years old auffering from chronic bronchities and full allergy like sneesing, running nose, watery eyes, swelling of face, itching,change of voice,continious cough,etc..so, i kindly request u to suggest me perfect medicine for mychild...
