Everytime while brushing my teeth with minimum amount of toothpaste, by some way, some amount of toothpaste gets swallowed by me, and this causes great discomfort. Vomitting occurs with pain everytime the toothpaste gets swallowed. This has created a bit of distress while going to brush. What can be done?

Firstly it all depends on which toothpaste you are using. A particular irritant can be figured out by that way which is causing the distress.
Next Steps
dip the brush in warm water before brushing then reduce the size of toothpaste which your applying on brush to half.
use a tongue cleaner separately to clean your tongue instead of your brush or you can use separate brush for cleaning tongue.
Ya first of all bye a fluoride free tooth paste , fluoride tooth paste can be harmful upon swallowing leads to gastric irritation and various other problems .
Whereas fluoride free toothpaste is harmless even if swallowed accidnetly.
Thanks Alot.
Hello.
I understand that vomiting and pain everytime you brush due to swallowing of toothpaste, must be distressing to say the least.
Without knowing which toothpaste you use, I can assume that there are some flavours and ingredients that some people show less tolerance to. (Fluoride, SLS)
Next Steps
Change the toothpaste to try and understand your physiology better.
Sensodyne makes toothpastes without SLS.
Health Tips
Take a pea-sized amount of Sensodyne toothpaste and see if it changes things for the better.
smile.

N try to learn n follow proper way of brushing
