  4. Bubbling below heart. It as cancer?

I'm a smoker and nowadays I feel bubble sound or some sounds just below heart near left lungs and I'm really worried please anyone tell me what may be the causes?Is it dangerous or curable?I doubt it as cancer ? Please anyone tell me what can I do.

Stop smoking.. Everything will be fine.. Cancer will not develop so early
