Buffalo Hump Behind my Neck

Asked for Female, 26 Years

There is small hump like growth below on back side of my neck. There is no pain unless i suffer with acidity. Yes, acidity is regular so that hump or puff makes me worried. Oh doctor! I always wanted a slender swan like neck, pardon my short height. But never this hump. What can be the possible reasons behind this growth? In lock down, my Tsh level was high and currently I am on dose of calcium and Thyronorm. Please suggest. Are you going to ignore as this question popped in free consultation section? Okay. Fine. It could be a lipoma..visit a surgeon.If it bothers u get excision done.
