Feels like bugs all over me white spots all over gums mouth cheeks tongue pulled yellow stuff out of my ears threw up yellow stuff and pooped it out as well

I DON'T get u. POSSIBILITIES OF JAUNDICE is more as u describe.
URINE TEST FOR
BILE salt,bile pigment.
I never see such type of bug????
