Bulge on spine, tenderness throughout
My middle spine is very painful and tender to the touch, and accompanied by a bulge. This tenderness spreads to certain spots on my thighs, hips, and buttocks.

Any history of trauma/fall/fever?! If no, donot panic. Consult your orthopaedic surgeon. Likely causes bad posture and no exercises. Leading to a nerve root compression by disc or narrowing of canal. Infection especially tuberculosis can also give u these kind of symptoms. Please see your orthopaedic surgeon urgently.
