Bulimia or anorexia nervosa
I lost weight in 2011 only by dietplan around 15 kgs and before starting diet my weight was 54 and after around 40 which made me look very lean.after that i started eating normally but till now whenever i eat something i feel guilty even if i gain weight around 48 it makes me feel very anxious and i stop eating anything i don't know how but i can control myself. everyone around me feels that i m very weak but i can't eat .even because of this my bowel  is very irregular.i almost remains anxious for some or the other thing .keeps on thinking about my studies results and these things.i just want myself to be anxiety free.
