Bulky uterus with localised adenomyosis
Sir I am suffering with sever pain in abdomin during periods and consulted gynocologist. On advise u/s has been done. Found uterus measures 106 ×44 , anteverted bulky, altered architecture of posterior myometrium with few myometrial cysts likely localized adenomyosis. Endometrial thickness of 7 mm . Please advise me the treatment

Shall start u on medical treatment... If u don't respond and if the pain keeps worsening, must go for hysterectomy.. that is removing the uterus
