I had throat infection whivh caused me to look in my throat. When i opened my mouth and looked into it i coul see some bumps in my oropharynx. Is it some serious problem like cancer??

It's unlikely cancer... I would suggest you to consult nearest ent specialist for clinical examination they will do the needful till then drink plenty of water,eat soft foods like cooked cereal, mashed potatoes, soft fruits, yogurt and soft-cooked eggs...give adequate rest to your body..Avoid spicy foods or acidic foods. Gargle with warm salt water...Regards.
