Bumps on genitals

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Hi, I have bumps on my testicals and penis as well. At first I thought it might be because of ingrown hair and they will go away but now I have 2 more of them on my penis. They are itchy, specially at night or when moist. No pain or anything. Just itchiness and inflammation when scratched. The colour is same as that of skin and I don't think there is any pus or blood inside it.
