Bumps on my chicks
I have a small bumps like white heads or chicken skin on both side on my chicks . Its look like pimples but its not it like chiken skin in my face

You could follow the following lifestyle changes which could help with dealing with skin problem: - Avoid greasy,oily, deep fried, junk food items, also avoid alot of sweets and items such as ghee. Have a low glycemic load diet. - Wash your face regularly with a Ph balanced face wash - Wipe your face with a clean cloth when oil accumulates. - Avoid touching your face regularly. Wash your hands properly before touching the face. - Take a zinc supplementation tablet which has shown to help with acne - Consumption of omega-3 fatty acids which are present in fish has shown to help - Reduce stress(yoga,meditate, sleep) - Exercise regularly(minimum 30-45 mins per day) If the problem persists visit a dermatologist at the earliest.

May be acne in different form better share photograph and avoid fried chocolate etc. Frequent wash of face and may need antibiotic lotion
