Bumps on Vaginal Area (not STD)

Asked for Female, 18 Years

Ever since I was seven years old, I've had boils/bumps on my vaginal area; they'd form on the skin and not inside. It was always painful and uncomfortable going to school and walking around, because at random times these boils would pop and pus would come out. I thought over time it would go away, yet with countless diagnosis from various doctors assuming my problem is an STD I've gotten nowhere to being cured. I am a virgin and have never had sex. Please help give me an idea of what I have
