Bumpy skin lesions
I am a 19 year old female with perfectly smooth skin on my body except for my legs and gluteal region. I have bumps on my legs and butt which are dark in colour, some of them are red and painful too. They turn into acne at times. This happened even when I was under isotretinoin medication for the acne on my face. I moisturize plentiful and apply vitamin E oil too but nothing has improved my skin so far, not even exfoliation by mechanical means like scrubs. What should I do?

First the reason for this has to be found out. Sometimes friction can lead yo this .But one of the most common causes is waxing. If you are doing that you have to avoid that as waxing leads to distortion of hair follicles and ingrowths.
Next Steps
You can try using Tretinoin and salicylic acid creams and washes
Health Tips
Don't scrub or use mechanical means like that.Avoid waxing  completely. Instead you can start shaving .(that will mot increase your hair growth. ).
