Burn in chest and throat
Hello docs I have a burning sensation always at night in throat and chest.. And from some days its feeling like something is irritating while swallowing in throat ... But the burning sensation like acid reflux happens every day i need to take aciloc on daily basis .. Need ur advice

Seems you have gerd. Take tab (pantoprazole 40 mg plus domperidom 30 mg ) before breakfast once daily x 7 days Syp crrmafdin if ypu are having constipation. Drink plenty of water. Avoid fried and spicy stuff Cease smoking and alcohol. There are certain precautions that you must take care of.
