Just have cool and soft food. It should resolve within a few days on its own.

Keep the tongue clean and take non-spicy soft bland diet. The usual time line for such burns is 2-3 days when it becomes "tolerable" and slowly heals. The issue with tongue and mouth sores/burns is that it affects your food intake. Make sure you remain hydrated. You can also use 1-2 tsp Baking soda dissolved in 1 liter of water used as frequent gargles/rinses. If you can tolerate salt water gargle, you can add 1-2 tsp of salt in the same else you can omit it.

Health Tips
Avoid spicy food or even warm/hot foods for a couple more days.
