Burning and redness on the vulva lips
Hi, I have burning and subsequent redness from itching on my vulva lips. I don't have a UTI infection as there is no pain or burning sensation during peeing or any vaginal discharge. What is the best way to go about treating this? Can soframycin help?

Drink lots of water. Use candid v gel. Is there any vaginal discharge or itching?
