Sir, I have burning at the tip of urethra (penis). From last 10 days constipation and gasting always. Before and after urination discharge happens. And always feeling flow of cloudy fluids. In bathroom time urination occours several times. Feeling pain in the pelvic region and heel(ankle). Burning and pain in the lower abdomen. Sir I started to take AZITHROMYCIN 500mg, ALFOO 10mg, BACSTOL 200 mg.But after taking these medicine ifeel much burning in the stomach and chest also. Sir I have this type of problem from1 year . I consulted practo 2 times but not cured. What to do next sir. Please suggest me .
