Burning feeling in eyes
Hi, I get this burning feeling in my eyes whenever i try to keep something cool on top of my closed eyes. It's been there for years. Like cooling pack, cold wet cloth, cold tea bag, etc.
I have myopia and astigmatism. My eyes are healthy otherwise.
The ophthalmologist I visited last laughed at me saying it's impossible, but it's true.
Has any doctor heard of similar complaints or have any insight into the same?

This is suggestive of dryness
Keep doing cold compresses and use lubricating eyedrop
