Burning in stomach
Having stomach burning even if take food without spicy.diagonsed with antrum gastritis before 2 years and took medicines also.
Shall I need to take endoscopy again,since it has been 2 years.Cant tolerate stomach burning.
Please prescribe any remedies

In case you're having severe Gastritis/ Acidity it's better you repeat Endoscopy and H.Pylori testing. Till then continue ppi like Pan 40 or Nexpro 40.

Avoid spicy meal, oily food, nonveg, outside food, coffee, alcohol if any.
Avoid sleep immediately after food.
Do regular exercise.
