Today I hold my urine while urinating for some seconds After that i am feeling burning in m urethra I want to ask that is urethral stricture happens due to holding urine?????

Usually holding urine doesn't cause strictures. Also the major cause for strictures are recurring infections or injury or kidney stones. If the burning persists visit a physician to rule out urinary tract infection.
