Burning in vagina

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am having continuous burning sensation in my vagina since morning. Todat is the 5 th day of my periods. I use everfresh wash from cipla, to clean my vagina, I cleaned the area from it hoping it will improve, but it did not. Should I see a doctor immediately or wait?
