Good morning 🌞. Don't get panic dear. As per your description we unable to judge the case. You can post your pictures along with this is better. You haven't mentioned your any history. Like dietary history, habbit history, medical history and personal history. Detailed history is required for proper diagnosis and treatment planning. As of now you can apply Turbocort gel plus Rexidin M forte gel by mixing 4-5 times daily. Start with multi vitamin supplements like tablet AtoZ or capsule Becosules-Z twice daily. Avoid spicy and hot food. You can use coolora mouth rinses 3 times daily for better relief.

Hi. Burning mouth syndrome could be due to various reasons like acid reflux, diabetes; dry mouth. Not necessarily HIV We will have to do a blood test to rule out any underlying causes. Like the one mentioned above. To begin with you could soothe your tongue n mouth with ice. Take vitamin c tabs and vitamin B12 - like supradyne or becosules Stay hydrated Apply mucopain gel. It will numb it a bit n heal. Apply n keep it on for 30 seconds then wash it off. Also avoid spicy food
Next Steps
blood test
