Your complaint suggest u have Urinary Tract Infection(UTI).
Do u also have other symptoms like fever, abdominal pain, nausea?
How is your menstrual periods?
Is this the first time you are having this problem?
For now,
1) Most important thing is to "Drink plenty water".
2) Tab Paracetamol 650mg will help control mild pain and fever.
3) Get routine urine examination(urine RE) done.
4) U can take urine alkalising syrups.
5) Antibiotic.
It is not a very wise idea to follow 4 and 5 without proper consultation.
If your problem has been for long or a recurrent one then u also may need other investigations like USG, MCU(U don't need to know these now) etc.
