Hii i have more burning sensation after passing urine please tell me what i do

It could be either because of urine infection or vaginal infection if its associated with some vaginal discharge.
U need to maintain hygiene..
Drink lots of water..
Start syrup alkasol 2tsf twice with a glass of water for 5days.
