Get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the culture and sensitivity.sympotamatic treatment may be taken till reports come for fever.
Tab paracetamol 500 mg thrice or four times will help in pain&fever.
An antibiotic course may be taken if urine examination shows infection.
Nitrofurantoin 200 mg twice daily is a good drug for urinary tract infection.
