My mum is suffering from burning sensation since March she's not able to go to the doctor due to covid her back is burning and the left side leg and hand is burning when she wrap with the wet clothes she feels little bit relax after that again it is started burning...please suggest good medicine...

Could I know if she is diabetic U can start tab tetrafol plus 1-0-0 after food And tab eliwell 10 mg at night for 3 weeks
