Burps n bloating
Hi docs, from the past 4 days. I have been getting frequent burps n my stomach is bloated. i also have cramps like indigestion. the pain n swelling is mostly in the upper part of my stomach. my stools r fine bt this stomach swelling is making me very uncomfortable. i have tried Eno, lemonade bt its temporary relief. i have also started with BCPs around the same time, pls help.

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.

Take a soft easily digestible diet ..take small frequent meals..u can take comb of pantoprazole and domperidone 40/30once a day morning before breakfast for 10 days..do exercise regularly.
