Burried penis and it doesn't errect.
My boy is 1 year 4 months. He has a burried penis due to excess fat. He is 15.4 kg and 82 cm in height. His penis doesnot errect. It used to errect when he was around 6 months. Last week, We had to surgically removed his left testicle as it was too small in size. Is not errecting at this age is a concern?

Why did he been operated for removal of lt testis. It's unusual. I donot think, u should worried for his Erection, at this age.
