Buzzing sound in air
Dear mam/sir
I feel some buzzing sound in my both ears. Specially when i sleeps in night. What may be the reason.
I noticed much quantity of wax in my ears since almost last one year.
Can you please suggest me a good wax clean solution.

There are many causes for tinnitus such as sensory neural hearing loss, eustachian tube dysfunction, chronic otitis media, tumors etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem. Wax may not be reason for tinnitus
