Buzzing sound in the ear

Asked for Female, 36 Years

Can buzzing sound coming in the ear one-sided {left} be an indication of spondilysis ? Someone told me that due to the tendency of catching cold and suffering from cold is the reason of this sound. Another person indicated for spondilysis ?
