My brother has taken this MRI scan for him but he is not willing to visit his doctor fearing of a major issue. I would like to help him out. Pls provide opinion on the below findings. Broad Based Postero-central disc protrusion @ c4-5,c5-6 and c6-7 levels causing indentation of anterior sub-archanoid space. No evidence of nerve root compression. Straightening of the cervical spine is noted. Small osteophytes are seen in lower cervical levels. Disc Desiccation is seen at all levels. Please help us with an opinion

This is one of the commonest problems but nothing to worry if he has pain right consult a neurosurgeon.  after pain gets relieved he can start a fixed exercise regimen. send me mri film photo. reports  are like description of a photo rather than seeing it.
