Ca ovary laparotomy, is it recurrence?
Clinical Indication: Case of Ca ovary. Post ovarian laparotomy on 08/08/16 and tension band suturing on 28/08/16 for burst abdomen. Post adjuvant CT . Serum CA-125 = 12.1 u/ml , S. CA 19-9 = 114 u/ml (1/9/18) . Findings: Uterus and gall bladder are not seen - postop. There is perihepatic peritoneal thickening with few hypodense nodular lesions in perihepatic and perisplenic region. Numerous enhancing as well as centrally necrotic peripherally enhancing predominantly cystic serosal deposits also seen along bowel surface, largest measuring 4.3 x 2.3 cm in size in right hemipelvis.

It is Ca.Ovary with pertioneal metastasis
Next Steps
3 cycles chemotherapy followed by CT scan to reassess.
