I have too acidity IBS constipation, consult many doctor, CALCIUM absorb problem  I have taken morning Cipcal, night dexorange syrup, morning pan 40 but not relief. Issabgul at night and nurobion forte Plz suggest best time nurobion forte is with iron at night or Cipcal at day
