Following is the summary of the heart report.
My relative is 62yrs male, diabetic,had complaint of AOE II since 1yr,ECG showed Q wave with T wave inversion in leads III, and, R/S in lead V2. Echocardiography revealed no RWMA, normal LV function, TMT was positive. Coronary angiogram (CAG) revealed triple vessel coronary artery disease. He was discharged in the stable condition with adviced for PCI to LCx and RCA.
Can you please help me to identify the situation here and which is the best place to have this treatment done?

1) He has CAD with 2 vessel involvement. There are only 3 Coronary arteries
2) Since LAD is not involved Angioplasty has been advised
3) He has a normal LVEF, which would mean that there is no cardiac damage
