Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Have calcium rich diet that will also be good for you. Take tab. Supracal pro once a day after food for a month. Tab. D3 must 60k once a week to be chewed for 12 weeks. Get adequate sun exposure daily. Following these advices, the deficiency could be easily treated. Hi..... Calcium deficiency is usually easy to treat. It typically involves adding more calcium to your diet. Do not self-treat by taking a lot of calcium supplements. Taking more than the recommended dose without your doctor’s approval can lead to serious issues like kidney stones or even a calcium overdose, which can be fatal..... Consult Physician.....
