I can understand your concern.
Have calcium rich diet that will also be good for you.
Take tab. Supracal pro once a day after food for a month. Tab. D3 must 60k once a week to be chewed for 12 weeks.
Get adequate sun exposure daily.
Following these advices, the deficiency could be easily treated.
But give special improtance to diet rather than medicines.
