Hello I did blood test of calcium level was 10.5 and vitamin B12 deficiency 184 why this happens suddenly few month before all was normal

Are  u a Vegetarian? Are u a diabetic? Do u have a family history of thyroid /Parathyroid D isorders? This might not have happened suddenly. U might have noticed now. Any bone pain.

Vitamin b complex is a water soluble vitamin and it is not stored in our body for long period and it needs to be consumed daily .
Next Steps
Improve your diet . I will advice few specific food like ragi , unpolished rice and moringa leaves  (drumstick leaves ) and drumstick to be consumed daily . Daily go outside in early morning sun .
