Calf cramps
I am male height 5feet 11 inches and weighing 95 kilos and I've been running for a month and recently my left calf muscle cramped and I gave a rest about a week and started today slowly with in few steps again my cramps came up

• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. You calf calf muscle tightness. Do stretches and icing of calf muscle. After running, keep your leg elevated for some time.
