HELLO, I HOPE IT IS CRAMPS RATHER THAN PAIN. LOCALLY APPLY VOLINI GEL OR SPRAY ON CALF REGION. CAPSULE EVION 600ONE AT NIGHT FOR THREE MONTHS. TABLET DOLO650 ONE OR HALF AS PER NEED. O.K BYE.
