Every night when I lie on my bed to sleep I feel my calf muscles are paining my leg. It has been close to 1 year and happens more aggressively in winters, but the pain persists at all times

Hi there...I can understand your concern. Calf pain is usually due to venous insufficiency, muscle strain due to abnormal posture or stress, rarely even arterial insufficiency. It will need detailed clinical examination. Also investigations like venous or arterial doppler might be needed is venous or arterial insufficiency is suspected. So kindly consult a general physician or surgeon for further evaluation.
