Hi ! From ur history u r having SLE and on medication .
Ur symptoms don't exactly fit to rest leg syndrome. Along with leg pain and tingling , there is an irresistible urge to move the leg seen in RLS .
More suggesting a radicular pain i.e. pain due to nerve compression.
For ur symptoms can take calcium , vit D along with gabapentin/pregabalin .
