Can colgate lighten skin?
I am a 28 year old girl with dark patchy skin. I read somewhere that Colgate helps to lighten the skin. Can Colgate lighten the skin? Will the effect be permanent? Will it have any side effects? Which all parts of the body can I use it if it works?
