Can Ga age be wrong in first ultrasound if your last 2month periods were one week irregular because of late conception?

In the first ultrasound , mean early scan with fetal heart beat, this is accurate to count GA around 6week to 12 weeks

Hi. If the periods are irregular then correct timing of conception cannot be predicted . Then GA calculation by scan is the accurate method .
