I m suffring from fistula last 4 days Dr said this is primary stage so we control this problem to medicine but some people told me the fistula last treatment is surgery so plz can I have right way??

Hi, It all depend on various things. If there is an infection it's always better to give a course of antibiotics so that it heals. Your surgeon must have examined you and explained you about the treatment options. Discuss with your surgeon and hope your queries gets resolved.
